You’re warmly invited to join us for a special free Yoga Nidra session offered by one of our 50-hour Yoga Nidra trainees as part of her teaching journey.
This is an opportunity to receive the gift of deep rest while also gently supporting a practitioner as she steps into holding space for others. Your presence will help create a safe, supportive container as she guides this practice.
Yoga Nidra is a powerful method of conscious relaxation that allows the body to rest deeply while the mind remains aware. Regular practice can support nervous system regulation, improved sleep, reduced stress, emotional integration, and a profound sense of inner calm and restoration.
All alumni and community members are warmly welcome to join, lie down, and be guided into a state of deep, nourishing rest.
🕯 Please bring: a comfortable place to lie down, a blanket, and anything that helps you feel cosy and supported.
