This ten day, residential, retreat style 100-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training will be held on the shores of the Red Sea in the charming beachside village of Dahab, South Sinai, Egypt. With deep reflection on the Chinese Meridian system and TCM elements in this Yin Yoga Teacher Training you will receive the best teachings in both physical and energetic aspects of the practice. In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of teaching Yin Yoga, understand the postures and their variations and modifications, you will learn the concepts of the various skeletal segments, the different muscle groups and the importance of the pose specific target areas.
