This retreat-style training provides a grounded yet soulful approach to learning the philosophy, practice, and facilitation of Yoga Nidra, equipping you with the tools to confidently guide others while enriching your personal journey.

Natalie brings over two decades of experience in movement therapy and holistic wellness. With roots in yoga, Breathwork, sound healing, and myofascial release, her work is a multidimensional invitation into embodied healing. She has facilitated transformative practices in South Africa, Egypt, and beyond, holding space for deep personal and collective restoration.
A passionate advocate for the healing power of fascia, Natalie seamlessly integrates evidence-based techniques with intuitive movement, guiding her students into profound release, reconnection, and realignment. Her approach is both grounded and soulful - rooted in anatomical intelligence and guided by energetic awareness.

No. This course is open to all levels, including beginners and those new to Yoga Nidra.

Yes. You’ll receive a certificate for 30 continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance International.
Do I need to bring anything?
Please bring a journal, comfortable clothing, a shawl or blanket, and any props you love for rest. Mats and props are provided at the venue.
Is accommodation included?
No, but affordable beachfront accommodation options are available nearby. We are happy to assist with recommendations.
Is this training trauma-informed?
Yes. The training is led with sensitivity and awareness to create a safe, supportive environment for all participants.
