A Gong Immersion Into the Field of Space

Akasa is the Sanskrit word for space, the fifth element, the invisible field in which all other elements move. Sound. Breath. Thought. Sensation. All of it arises within it, and all of it returns to it.

This evening is an invitation to dissolve into that space.

This is not a gentle drift into rest. The gong is one of the most powerful instruments in sound healing, and it does not ask permission. Its full spectrum vibration bypasses the thinking mind almost entirely, moving directly into the body, shifting brainwave states, loosening held tension in the fascia and nervous system, and creating a profound sense of spaciousness within. First timers are always surprised. There is nowhere to hide. And nowhere you need to be.

Two practitioners will hold this space together.

Natalie brings her grounded, therapeutic presence to the container, informed by years of Yoga Therapy and Breathwork training and a deep understanding of how the body processes sound and sensation. Michelle brings her mastery of the gong, an instrument that in the right hands becomes something close to elemental.

Together they create an experience that is both held and expansive. Safe enough to fully let go in, and vast enough to get genuinely lost in.

You will be guided in gently before the immersion begins, and welcomed back just as gently afterwards. Nothing is rushed. There is no right way to experience this. Only your way.

Come ready to be surprised.

About Your Hosts

Natalie is a 500hr+ E-RYT registered yoga teacher trainer with over a decade of teaching experience, a 300hr advanced Breathwork practitioner, and the founder of UNWIND™ with Myofascial Release.

She holds a Sound Healing Diploma from Holistic Serenity, where she trained in the ancient art of therapeutic sound, and works with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes and percussion to create immersive healing experiences.

Her work sits at the intersection of movement, breath, fascia and sound, drawing on years of study and practice to support the nervous system in finding its way back to stillness. Natalie brings a grounded, trauma-informed presence to everything she holds,

creating spaces where people feel safe enough to truly let go.
