About the event
We are super excited to present our next Pneumanity™️ Breathwork foundation course at Osana Family Wellness in Maadi, Cairo.
This course will run daily on the dates of 19-21 October from 4pm to 10pm and includes a light dinner. It provides practical tools for daily life. Reignites wonder for the intricacies of the human form and is a tool for personal transformation and collective change.
The Pneumanity™️ Breathwork foundation course is inspired by the Threads of Pneumanity™️which is Breathwork Africa's unique approach to breathwork, integrating traditional wisdom and universal principles.
