Indluge in a deep, meditative and profound practice infused with beautiful music and candles 🕯.
Candlelit Yin Yoga is a peaceful way to end your day. This practice will be lit entirely by candlelight helping us balance emotions, still our minds and open the deep connective tissues in the body using various yin asana.
Surrender into the poses while exploring them for longer periods of time in order to let go of tensions stored within the body.
