Candlelit Yin Yoga & Poetry

Beautiful scented candles, soothing music and inspirational poetry create the most beautiful scene for healing and coming home to oneself.  At each session we explore a different poet with focus on transformational, inspirational poetry.  From Rumi, to David Whyte to anyone discovered along the incredible journey of life.  Join me as I share poetry and the soothing practice of Yin yoga.  Each session will also include some pranayama and short yoga nidra at the end of the session.  All designed for a deeply healing experience.
