Join us for a deeply restorative and heart-opening journey through Aerial Yin Yoga and Sound Healing, held in sacred ceremony beneath the dark stillness of the New Moon.

Suspended in soft hammocks, you’ll be gently guided through a nourishing aerial yin yoga practice, designed to open the body, calm the nervous system, and invite deep presence. Supported by the silk, your body begins to soften, unwind, and surrender - weightless and free.

From this space of openness, you’ll be invited to rest in a cocooned savasana as you're bathed in healing sound frequencies - crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and celestial tones designed to harmonise the energy body and awaken inner clarity.

The New Moon invites renewal, intention, and inner vision. This experience is your portal to go inward, reconnect, and reset.
