NĀDA

Chant & Sound Bath. The Vibration That Was Always Already There

Nada is the Sanskrit word for primordial sound, the vibration that underlies all of existence. Before instruments were made, before music was composed, before language was formed, there was this. The hum of being itself.

And you carry it in your body right now.

In this tradition, the voice is not just an instrument. It is the most direct path into the body, and the most intimate one. In this session Natalie gently invites your own voice into the space. Not to perform. Not to get it right. Simply to sound.

Through simple, guided chanting accessible to absolute beginners, you will feel what it means to vibrate from within. The resonance moves through your chest, your throat, your skull. It is ancient, immediate, and surprisingly intimate. Many people are moved to tears. Most people are surprised by how natural it feels once the self consciousness begins to soften.

This is not a choir rehearsal. There is no right or wrong way to sound. Natalie draws on years of experience holding space for people of all backgrounds, creating a safe, non-judgemental container where vulnerability is not just tolerated but welcomed. The only invitation is to show up and make sound.

As voices begin to blend in the room, something shifts. The boundary between self and other softens. The individual becomes part of something larger. This is the oldest form of medicine there is.

After the chanting we settle into stillness, moving into a full sound bath where Natalie's bowls, chimes and percussion carry you the rest of the way in. From making sound to receiving it. From doing to dissolving.
