Imagine waking to the sound of the ocean and birdsong, breathing in crisp coastal air, and stepping onto your mat as the day begins gently and intentionally.
Join us for five deeply nourishing days in the heart of Plettenberg Bay, where movement, breath, sound, and nature come together to support rest, renewal, and reconnection.
This retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and realign - where the wild beauty of the natural world mirrors the quiet intelligence within your own body.

Our retreat weaves together dynamic practice and deep rest, structure and spaciousness, connection and solitude.
Each day may include:
Jivamukti-Inspired Yoga with Sarah
Dynamic, breath-led movement rooted in philosophy, devotion, and conscious awareness.
Breathwork & Somatic Practices with Natalie
Practices to regulate the nervous system, release held tension, and reconnect with the body.
Nature Immersion
Beach walks, ocean dips, and time in nature to ground and restore while hiking the Robberg peninsula.
Sound & Stillness
An evening session of sound healing, meditation, and integration.
Yin & Yoga Nidra
Deep rest practices to support recovery, integration, and inner balance.
Ritual & Reflection
Simple, meaningful practices to release, reset, and reconnect with intention.
🌊 Our Retreat Space
Held in a stunning, light-filled coastal villa overlooking the ocean, this space offers a deeply calming and expansive environment for rest, connection, and renewal. Designed with effortless indoor-outdoor living in mind, the home opens onto panoramic sea views, with open-plan living areas flowing seamlessly onto a spacious deck and pool. Large glass doors invite in natural light and the surrounding beauty, creating a sense of openness and ease throughout your stay.
Just a short stroll down the garden leads directly onto the beach, allowing for moments of connection with the ocean at any time of day. The villa is also conveniently located close to Plettenberg Bay’s main street, with its selection of cafés, shops, and restaurants, offering the option to explore and enjoy the local atmosphere.
We will create dedicated spaces for practice within the villa, as well as take advantage of the natural surroundings with sessions held on the beach — allowing your experience to be deeply connected to the elements.

💰 Investment & Booking
Investment:
R13,500 per person (shared room)
R15,500 per person (single room)
R1,000 supplement for the master suite
Booking Details:
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your place
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat

🌿 Meet Your Hosts
Natalie Zeid – UNWIND / Trust Yoga
Natalie is a somatic educator, breathworker, sound healer, and yoga teacher trainer. Her work is devoted to supporting nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and deep rest through breath, movement, and myofascial release. She creates grounded, intuitive spaces where participants can reconnect with themselves, release held tension, and return to a state of balance and presence.
Sarah Bentz – Jivamukti Yoga
Sarah is a dedicated yoga teacher rooted in the Jivamukti tradition, weaving together dynamic movement, breath, philosophy, and devotion. Her teaching invites students into a deeper relationship with practice - one that integrates strength, awareness, and heart.
