About the event

Rest, Sound & Sankalpa

An Evening of Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing

This unique session begins with a guided Yoga Nidra, the ancient yogic practice of conscious sleep, leading you into a state of profound physiological rest. Whether you have never heard of Yoga Nidra or you have been practising for years, this session asks nothing of you except the willingness to lie down and be held.

As the layers of doing begin to fall away, the nervous system softens, the breath slows, and something underneath becomes available.

This is where we meet Sankalpa, a heartfelt intention held not in the thinking mind but in the felt sense of the body. Not a goal to chase, but a seed to plant in the fertile ground of stillness.

Sound enters here as a carrier. Natalie weaves Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes and percussion through the room, not to entertain, but to deepen. The vibrations move into tissue, into the spaces between thoughts, supporting the nervous system in staying open and receptive long after the mind might otherwise pull you back to the surface.

This is a space to rest, to listen, and to remember what is already true within you.

No experience is needed. Only willingness.

About Natalie

Natalie is a 500hr E-RYT registered yoga teacher trainer with over a decade of teaching experience, a 400hr advanced breathwork practitioner, and the founder of UNWIND™ with Myofascial Release.

She holds a Sound Healing Diploma from Holistic Serenity, where she trained in the ancient art of therapeutic sound, and works with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes and percussion to create immersive healing experiences.

Her work sits at the intersection of movement, breath, fascia and sound, drawing on years of study and practice to support the nervous system in finding its way back to stillness. Natalie brings a grounded, trauma-informed presence to everything she holds, creating spaces where people feel safe enough to truly let go.
