Breath is simple. It is spirit moving through you. It has the ability to heal you when approached in the most loving and gentle way. It is a sacred act when used gently and consciously.
When the world around us continues to hijack our thoughts and way of life and we are continuously pushed and pulled by mass marketing and the pursuit of instant gratification, we can return to the solace and simplicity of breathing. No bells. No whistles. No fan fare. Just awareness of the beauty and power of reconnecting. That is the intention of this Breathwork session.
Breath spirals, listens, touches us on the inside, responds to kindness, tenderness, compassion and gentleness, whispering it's wildness into us. It can lead us into the unknown. Learning the language of your breath can lead you to one of the most profound relationships you will ever have.
