Join the Love Dragons for a relaxed afternoon yoga session overlooking the Indian Ocean.

After hours of travel, this is the perfect space to stretch out, breathe deep, and gently ease into Plett life. 🪷

Before the wedding festivities begin, we gather in the space between - between arrival and celebration, between ordinary moments and sacred vows.

This 60-minute ocean-side flow is designed to:

• Unwind travel tension

• Open the hips and heart

• Steady the nervous system

• Invite laughter and lightness

• Bring everyone into the present moment

Gaël is especially excited to demonstrate that after years of dedication he can now officially touch his knees… and has recently mastered seal pose. 🦭

Expect gentle movement, breathwork, a few playful balance challenges (best attempt highly encouraged), and a short closing moment to anchor the weekend in connection.

No yoga experience needed. All bodies welcome.
