Join me for this journey of working with the incredible power of your own breath to transform, enlighten and release whatever is no longer in alignment with YOUR truth.

Breathwork is a practice of surrender and flow.  Of expansion and transformation.  Through the dynamic movement of breath that is both energising and highly focused we move into a space of release, of letting go.  This ecstatic practice helps to dissolve emotional and energetic blockages and build resilience within the nervous system.

We will be deep diving into a conscious connected breathwork session using a circular breathing technique which brings on non-ordinatry states of consciousness and can lead to profound experiences of healing.

Take a journey within to quieten the mind, open your heart and listen from a deeper place.
