This powerful inner journey is designed to be deeply somatic, working with the body, nervous system and subconscious mind, it offers an accelerated form of transformation. It can access deep imprints, fears and limitations hidden in your subconscious mind, allowing them to surface and integrate in a way that creates lasting change. The result? A return to your natural state of wholeness!
The intention of this Breathwork session is to learn how to undo negative conditioning, let go of limiting beliefs and heal all types of trauma by using the breath to integrate unprocessed emotions and unconscious mental programs at the level of sensations in the body. Releasing what no longer serves with each exhale and trusting that with each inhale the beauty of your life and connection to souce will unfold.
