Such a beautiful, transformational retreat with the theme of TRUST. Natalie is an exceptional facilitator who immerses herself deeply into the content and into the people attending. There are no words to describe what an incredibly healing, challenging and eye opening time I had on our retreat in Dahab. Dahab is honestly the most amazingly different place I have ever been to. You promised to change my life and you sure did! You held a space with security and love and my soul flew, grew and healed! I have come home happier, with so much love for myself and for those around me.

Going on my first retreat I had no idea what to expect. I went in with an open mind at the time I didn't realise it, but a very unsettled soul. The time spent at the retreat was life-changing to say the least. I learned to love myself more, be kinder to myself, I learned to let go of things that no longer serve me too. The time on the mat, the calmness and serenity of the space surrounded with other beautiful souls was just what I needed to bring me back to me.
Before I left the retreat I had already signed up for the next one. The world needs more people like Natalie in it because she truly makes the world more beautiful in every way.
