About the event
Yin yoga by candlelight with poetry was born in a studio in Johannesburg many years ago and became an incredibly beautiful way to start the weekend after a busy Joburg work week.
This special class is dedicated to a different poet that has been inspiring me each week. It's held in a loving and safe space by the flickering light of beautiful candles.
The practice of Yin Yoga is deeply meditative and allows us a time of going within, a time of contemplation and a time to honour the body and where it is in the moment.
If you feel like gifting yourself come and join me on the mat at Nour Wellbeing / Coral Coast every Friday from 7-8:30pm.
