Yinster Community Class

Calling all Yin TTC graduates...

I invite you into community one more time as we transition from 2024 to 2025 and step into the wonderful opportunities of a new year. This class will be a time for you to rest and reflect on all you have achieved over the past days, weeks, months or years since you began your journey yinside.

We will start our session with a time for reflection and intention setting then move into a deeply restorative practice and short Nidra. After this I invite you to stay in community as we go into a sharing circle together to share our individual and collective intentions for this new year ahead.

I will also share some exciting news with you and really hope you are able to gift yourself this time with our beloved Yin community.
